'Building complex II' (North)
The picture shows a modified part of the Buildings 5 and 6. In the planning the ground floor is rented out to a food retail company. In the upper storeys, there will be additional room for a sports & recreation centre.
Vis-à-vis a large parking space for customers, as well as ornamental gardens, is planned.
Alternatively, the buildings 5 & 6 could be demolished which would make an extension of the high-shelving automatic storage or another new construction in this area possible.
On the far western side of the property (not pictured), a large ARAL petrol station and a modern high-shelving storage warehouse in light glass & steel construction have been newly built. The logistics area is connected to Leipzig's railway station for goods and containers through two directly adjacent connecting tracks.
