Building complex I (West)
The main 'Building complex I' is situated directly on the federal highway leading out of the city centre of Leipzig. The imposing and historic structure has great publicity value and can be seen from afar.
The 3-storey building (top floor with individual turrets) was built at the turn of the century in an attractive brick & steel construction. With its length of roughly 180 m, the impressive ceiling heights and exceptional natural lighting (numerous windows in a rare segmented arch design), it offers an outstanding shopping atmosphere with "market hall flair".
