<p>ARCUM is Latin for 'arch'.</p>
<p>The arch is symbolic for the 'arcumhalls' - a site combining important historical industrial architecture ('Mansfeld-Werke' and 'Leuchtenbau Leipzig') with a modern, multi-purpose development close to Leipzig's city centre.</p>
<p>With an architectural combination of tradition and avant-garde, ARCUM strives to serve its customers with efficiency, accessibility, convenient logistics and high entertainment value.</p>
<p>Leipzig is being sponsored - next to London, Marseille and Berlin - by the European Union for the creation of visions to mark the beginning of the new Millennium !</p>

<h3>The Project</h3>
<p>The existing, mostly historic, architecture comprises 3 Building complexes that are in the process of modernization and restoration.</p>
<h3>Modernization Alternatives</h3>
<p>The existing function of the buildings can be adjusted or varied for large tenants (depending on retail or wholesale trade, logistics or specific leisure & entertainment projects)</p>
<h3>Key features for Investors</h3>
<p>The arcumhalls in Leipzig - East Germany is a real estate 'mixed-use development' investment opportunity. Having completed the first development stage successfully, we are exploring funding and expansion options through one or more further investors.</p>
<p>Alternatively, the sale of the entire project could be considered.</p>
