The 'Atrium-roof' is especially suitable for retail trade with large rental area requirements (i.e for furniture, kitchen or carpet displays etc.)
inside view
The access to the first and second floors via the middle part (in between Building 1 - North and Building 1 - South) is a technically favourable and appealing alternative. In a "maximum" option, another floor could be added to building 1 - South (total area 16.00-20.00 m²).
